§ 8.04.130. Services not specifically described.

A.

The director of public health services may charge for the services rendered by the personnel of the environmental health division that are necessary to the performance of their duties as required by law.

B.

Fees are over and above the cost of the health permit. The bill is due and payable within thirty (30) days after mailing.

C.

Fees for services performed by the Kern County Public Health Services Department for the environmental health division shall be established by uncodified ordinance.
